Prime Minister Gaston Brown presided over a chaotic, unprofessional and undemocratic village meeting where an impromptu ballot on the critical Paradise Found project was taken on scraps of paper torn from a notepad! Mr de Niro and Mr Packer might want to examine their relationship with the Antiguan government - where Barbuda land is concerned - or join the long list of people who tried and failed to forcibly take Barbuda away from the Barbudan people.
