Simply the Best guesthouse has two spacious newly built houses situated on the southern outskirts of the village. Each has two bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. Cerene Deazle's popular Palm Tree Guest House is located on the outskirts of Codrington Village in a peaceful area, fifteen minutes walk from the village centre.  The guest house has eight en-suite double rooms, each with a shower-bathroom, fridge and kettle. There is also a family suite with two bedrooms, shower bathroom, kitchen and living room. All rooms have hot water, air conditioning, ceiling fans and satellite TV. Close to the historical Indigo Well area of the village, Hartford John runs a budget seven room hostel-style guesthouse in a quiet area of the village only a short walk to the centre. The rooms all have double beds and fans, and two rooms share a kitchen and bathroom - although there is no hot water supply. Mr John himself lives nearby so can assist with all you want to know about Barbuda while you are here. His rates are the cheapest on Barbuda at US$50/$135ec per night and rooms can be booked for long term stays at a better rate. He now has internet too. Lynton Thomas's guest house is very centrally located in the centre of Codrington village and above a busy bar for those who like the Barbuda night life. There are three double rooms, each with a private bathroom, free internet and free phone calls to the USA and Canada. There is hot and cold water, flat screen tv, and breakfast, lunch or dinner on request. The rooms are US$96 for a double and $86USD for a single in high season, in the low season they are $86USD and $76USD, inclusive of all taxes and transportation to and from the airport or seaport. These four traditional wooden Caribbean cottages are on one of the most beautiful beach locations on Barbuda, on the calm and natural beach at Coral Group, a lovely spot that is perfect for safe swimming and exploring the rock pools.
