barbudaful transport and tours

Here we list people who offer tours around the island, taxis, car hire and occasionally bikes; although quite often there is nothing for hire! Repairing without spare parts, the cost and supply of gas, and bad roads make for an expensive business for Barbudans. If you do hire a car you need a local licence (EC$50) which can be bought in Barbuda, but taxis are a great way to find out about the island. Taxi hire charges (JPEG, 50KB) are set by the Barbuda Council.

If you are wondering how to get to Barbuda in the first place, look no further.

bikes

Some guest houses offer bicycles as part of the package and are subject to availability so ask if there is one for hire. There are others in the village who can help.
