antigua commercial bank
Once you have arrived in Barbuda you should be able to complete simple local and international transactions at the Antigua Commercial Bank near Codrington Airport. There is also a cashpoint machine (or ATM) outside the bank. Most Barbudans do not have card machines for payments such as in guesthouses or taxi's and will expect cash. If you are staying for longer than a holiday you may need to travel to the Antigua banks for larger transactions.
The bank opens on Mondays from 9 am to 4 pm, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8 am to 4 pm, and on Fridays from 8 am to 3 pm. The bank closes for lunch from 12 to 1pm daily, and on public holidays. Contact the bank on +1-(268)-481-4215.
