HTS Graduation

The graduation of the class of 2005 was an historical occasion, being the last secondary graduation from the Holy Trinity School. The 2005 graduates included Amelia Beazer, Dennica Beazer, Lenesha Desouza, Farrah Harris, Stephanie Harris, Kazim Thomas, Hudson Walbrook, and Naketa Walker. Kereanna Baltimore, studying in Cuba, and Shawn-Marie David were unable to attend. Amelia, Kazim, Hudson, and Naketa are studying at State College in Antigua.

Several members of the first graduating class, that of 1990, participated in the ceremony with Miss Lenore Henry the principal of Holy Trinity at the time. The Class of 1990, shown in the photo above right taken outside the Pentecostal Church, was Leslie Hamlet, Sean Charles, George Thomas, Afton Brown, Wade Thomas, Amanda Nedd, Nadine Nedd Teague, Maxine Burton Walker, and Marcey Brown. Nadine gave the charge to the graduates of 2005.

Best wishes and a happy New Year to all graduates of the Holy Trinity School.

Now, it's been too long.
Too long, too long in slavery.
Free the people and let them move in liberty
Now, it's been too long.
Too long, too long in slavery.
So the struggle continue.
But while the struggle continue, I'm going to tell you.
We rastaman will set the world free...
